AxiomHealthHME.com will ship to all 50 U.S. states. In stock orders ship out within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of order. Allow 6-10 business days to receive your order. You will be notified by E-mail of any backorders or shipping delays.

• Standard delivery: Items will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Standard delivery is ground shipping for all orders within the 48 Continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and will be indicated at checkout. Orders that are over $50.00 will receive free ground shipping. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. EST we will be shipped that business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday and over a weekend will ship on the following business day.

Standard business hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 p.m. EST.
Warehouse and retail location closed on weekends and holidays.

• Express shipping : We do offer express shipping at an additional charge. Our rates are as follows (* except for excluded items, see below):

* Express Shipping Exclusions
Wheelchair ramps and lift chairs are excluded from the express shipping price listed above. Due to their large size and weight, please call for shipping costs on wheelchair ramps and lift chairs.

• Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and US territories will be charged an additional $30.00 shipping for standard shipping.

• Special shipping instructions: Do you have special delivery instructions for us. Tell us of your delivery needs in the “Special Instructions” section of the checkout process and we will e-mail you with the shipping cost. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your approval of the shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty for canceling an order. However, since we try to ship the same day the order is received, it is possible that your order may already have been sent. If this occurs you will simple have to refuse delivery or incur the cost to ship the order back to us.

Return Policies
If you are unhappy with your purchase, hackleyhme.com will gladly accept the return of most ( * see list of exclusions below) merchandise. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt, be unused and in their original and undamaged packaging. You, the purchaser, are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will issue a refund to your credit card account of the purchase price, excluding shipping/handling, when we receive your returned item. We do ask that you contact us by e-mail or phone to let us know that you are returning an item so that we can be prepared to process it.

Medela Breast pump return policy: It must be unopened, unused and factory seal intact. It must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery.

Ameda Breast pump return policy: It must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
